Our compensation model is centered around what we believe are the key tenants to challenge and grow both our people and company (1) exceptional customer service (rewarded through Quarterly Chargeability bonuses); (2) new business generation (rewarded through Quarterly Sales bonuses); (3) recruitment of talented and experienced resources (rewarded through Quarterly Recruiting bonuses).
